Tiny Tyke Time-Winter Style!
Tiny Tyke Time is an excellent opportunity for toddlers and parents to learn exciting things. Start with some private time in Zoomazium before it opens. Then meet in the tent for age-appropriate activities. Each week, after activity time, venture to a new area of the zoo to learn about animals and their ecosystems. Each tour session will provide information and activities at parent and children levels. This session is similar to our other Tiny Tyke Time offerings, but we’ll spend a little more time inside, protected from the weather.

Ages: Adults and children 18-36 months
Fees: $90 per 6-week session each parent/child pair
9418: Wednesdays, January 7-February 11, 9-10:30 a.m. (6 weeks)

Baby Signing and Animals
Using sign language increases communication between you and your baby, reduces tantrums and helps to strengthen parent and child bonds…and it is FUN!!! Join Karen Ofsthus, sign language interpreter and zoo naturalist, for a new view of the zoo. We will tour the zoo grounds while learning ASL signs for zoo animals as well as signs useful around the home. Whether you have never use sign language or already have a good vocabulary, you will find this class fun and informative.

Ages: Adults and children birth to 24 months
Fees: $105 per 4-week session each parent/child pair
9428: Saturdays, February 7-28, 9:45-11:45 a.m. (4 weeks)
