NOTE: If you have a child 5-7 years of age you may also be interested in the one day Brilliant Birds workshop on October 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. which is a teachers' in-service day away from school.

Zooper Day Camp Winter Session

It's Raining Cats and Dogs!
Ever noticed how many different species of cats and dogs we have at the zoo? They seem to be everywhere! Join us as we learn about some of the numerous wild cat and dog species in the world. We will even talk about that domesticated cat or dog you might have at home!

Half-day session:
Ages: 4-6 years (children must be 4 years old before their first day of camp)
Fee: $105

6318: December 29-31, 9a.m. – noon

Full-day session:
Ages: 5-9 years (children must be 5 years old before their first day of camp)
Fee: $185

6328: December 29-31, 9a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Bears
Did you know there are eight different kinds of bears in the world? Spend a day with us as we highlight their unique characteristics and visit the ones that call Woodland Park Zoo home.

One Full-day session:
Ages: 5-9 years (children must be 5 years old before their first day of camp)
Fee: $65

Zooper Day Camp February Session

Primates
Apes, monkeys, prosimians…it all seems so confusing! We’ll straighten out these three groups and explore their world through art, music, games, and animal observations.

Half-day session:
Ages: 4-6 years (children must be 4 years old before their first day of camp)
Fee: $135

6348: February 17-20, 9a.m. - noon

Full-day session:
Ages: 5-9 years (children must be 5 years old before their first day of camp)
Fee: $235

6358: February 17-20, 9a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Zooper Day Camp April Session

Habitats of the World
Explore some of the many habitats of the world without leaving the zoo! We’ll learn what makes a habitat and take an in-depth look at some of the ones represented here at the zoo. Through crafts and play we’ll learn how animals and plants have special adaptations to match their habitats.

Half-day session:
Ages: 4-6 years
Fee: $150

Full-day session:
Ages: 5-9 years
Fee: $265

6229: March 30-April 3, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
